There was once a guy who was very much in love with a girl. He folded 1,000 pieces of paper cranes as a gift to her. Although at that time he was just a small fry in his company and his

future didn't seem too bright he was contented with what he had.. for he was in love.. and they were both happy together..

Until one day, this girl told him she was going to leave the country for Paris and try to live a new life there with no intention of returning back. She also told him that she cannot visualize any future for both of them because he was poor and he had no dreams. He couldn't believe what he just heard and couldn't help but cry. She was his dream, his love, his friend.. she was his everything..

Just when he thought he had it all he gets to experience the true side of the world.. with all it's misery in it..

But love is being able to accept the truth no matter how it hurts.. She broke his heart and yet he still loves her..

Days have passed, months have gone by and yet his feelings for her has always stayed the same..

He worked hard night and day to put his mind off the past..

He wanted to prove her wrong about the fact that he has no dreams.. he can be somebody someday..

Finally with all the hard work and help from his friends, he was able to build his own company..

One rainy day, while he was driving along the highway, he saw an old couple sharing an umbrella in the rain while heading to some destination. It didn't take him a while to recognise them for they seemed familiar to him.. they were his girl's parents..

He drove back to them.. slowly.. to show them how his life has changed. how successful he has become.. he's got his own car, house, company.. he's got it all..

But what he saw next confused him. The couple were heading to a cemetery  Out of impulse he went out of the car and followed them.

She was there.. his heart pounded so fast for he couldn't believe what he was seeing.. He felt the warmth of his tears trickling down his cheeks.. He was crying in the rain..

He saw his girl's photograph smiling sweetly at him.. from her tombstone.. next to the paper cranes he once gave her.

Her parents felt his presence and looked back at him. Out of confusion he asked them why.. and how did all this happened.

She did not leave for Paris for she was ill with cancer, it was her cliché. She believed that he will make it someday and she didn't want to be his obstacle. All she ever wanted was to be with him.. but she chose to leave him to spare him from her suffering and frustrations..

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to,

doesn't mean they don't love you at all.

She wanted her parents to put his paper

cranes beside her, because, if the day comes when fate brings him near to her again... 

he will remember how much she loved him and how much he meant to her...

Once you have loved someone, you will always love her.. forever. For what's in your mind and heart will remain forever.

Agar tujuan organisasi tersebut dapat dijalankan dengan semestinya maka organisasi tersebut memerlukan struktur organisasi

Apa itu struktur organisasi ? Struktur organisasi merupakan konfigurasi peran formal yang didalamnya dimaksudkan sebagai prosedur, governansi dan mekanisme kontrol, kewenangan serta proses pengambilan kebijakan . Rapat Anggota bisa dilakukan RAT, RAK dan RALB. Secara umumRA dianggap sah apabila dihadiri oleh lebih dari setengah jumlah anggta, tetapi untuk beberapa kasus jumlah ini bisa disesuaikan dengan AD/ART Koperasi.

Perangkat organisasi koperasi Pengurus

Pengurus koperasi adalah pemegang kuasa RA untuk mengelola koperasi, artinya pengurus hanya boleh melakukan segala macam kresi manajemen yang tidak keluar dari koridor keputusan RA. Pengurus merupakan pimpinan kolektif tidak berdiri sendiri dengan pertangungjawaban bersama. Biasanya pengurus yang tetrdiri atas beberapa anggota pengurus.

Tugas dan kewajiban pengurus koperasi adalah:

- Pengurus bertugas mengelola koperasi sesuai keputusan RAT.

- Untuk melaksanakan tugas pengurus berkewajiban:

1). Pengurus koperasi berkewajiban mengajukan proker

2). Pengurus koperasi berkewajiban mengajukan laporan keuangan dan pertanggungjawaban

3). Pengurus koperasi berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pembukuan keuanagn dan Inventaris.

4). Pengurus koperasi berkewajiban menyelenggarkan administrasi

5). Pengurus koperasi berkewajiban Menyelenggarkan RAT.

Wewenang Pengurus koperasi :

1). Pengurus berwenang mewakili koperasi didalam dan diluar koperasi.

2). Pengurus berwenang melakukan tindakan hukum atau upaya lain untuk kepentingan anggota dan kemanfaatan koperasi.

3). Pengurus berwenang memutuskan penerimaan anggota dan pemberhentian anggota sesuai ketentuan AD/ART.

Tanggung Jawab Pengurus koperasi

Pengurus koperasi bertanggungjwab atas segala upaya yang berhubungan dengan tugas kewajiban, dan wewenangnya.

Perangkat organisasi koperasi Pengawas

Pengawas dipilh oleh RA untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan keputusan RAT dan juga idiologi. Tugas pengawas tidak untuk mencari-cari kesalahan tetapi untuk menjaga agar kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi sesuai dengan idiologi, AD/ART koperasi dan keputusan RA.

Tugas, kewajiban dan wewenang pengawas koperasi sebagai berikut.

1). Pengawas koperasi berwenang dan bertugas melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan dan pengelolaan organisasi.

2). pengawas wajib membuat laporan tentang hasil kepengawasanya dan merahasiakan hasil laporanya kepada pihak ketiga.

3). Pengawas koperasi meneliti catatan dan fisik yang ada dikoperasi dan mendapatkan keterangan yang diperlukan.

"Kredit Union"

Koperasi kredit atau Credit Union atau biasa disingkat CU adalah sebuah lembaga keuangan yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh anggotanya, dan yang bertujuan untuk menyejahterakan anggotanya sendiri.

Koperasi kredit memiliki tiga prinsip utama yaitu:

·         asas swadaya (tabungan hanya diperoleh dari anggotanya)

·         asas setia kawan (pinjaman hanya diberikan kepada anggota), dan

·         asas pendidikan dan penyadaran (membangun watak adalah yang utama; hanya yang berwatak baik yang dapat diberi pinjaman)

koperasi kredit yang sering juga disebut “credit union” adalah koperasi yang mempunyai usaha tunggal, yakni simpan pinjam sebagai usaha atau bisnis usahanya. Koperasi ini biasanya muncul atas prakarsa dan mufakat sekelompok orang yang merasa mempunyai kesamaan kebutuhan dan kepentingan untuk menggerakan suatu modal bersama, terutama yang berasal dari simpanan untuk dipinjamkan diantara sesame mereka, dengan tingkat bunga yang memadai sesuai kesepakatan bersama pula. Pinjaman dapa diberikan atas dasar keperluan darurat, usaha produktif atau untuk keperluan kesejahteraan para anggota.

Secara praktis ikatan yang mempersatukan mereka itu dapatdibagi kedalam tiga golongan . yang pertama yaitu ikatan kebersamaan lingkungan kerja, kesamaan tempat tinggal dan yang terakhir adalah keanggotaan suatu organisasi.

Ketiga jenis ikatan tersebut menjadi ikatan pemersatu sebagai dasar solidaritas bersama di atas mampu memekarkan kesamaan pandangan terhadap pengembangan sikap hemat, saling percaya, penataan simpanan yang praktis dalam lingkup swadaya, penggunaan uang secara lebih bijaksana, pelanan pinjaman secara cepat, tepat dan murah, tanpa keharusan adanya jaminan yang tinggi bagi para anggotanya. Kecuali itu ikatan pemersatu itu memudahkan pelaksanaan usaha pendidikan yang diberikan kepada para anggota dan calon anggota.

Ada enam pilar atau hal pokok bagi pengembangan kperasi kredit yakni swadaya, kerjasama, efisiensi, solidaritas, kesejahteraan bersama dan pendidikan yang berkesinambungan. Keenam hal itu biasanya dimasukan kedalam lingkup bahan pendidikan, baik secara formal maupun secara informal, secara lisan maupun secara tertulis.

Para penggerak kredit di Indonesia mauun di Negara maju seperti amerika serikat dan Canada, berprinsip bahwa orang orang yang hendak menjadi anggota koperasi itu harus melalui satu tahapan pendidikan awal yang disebut latihan dasar selama lima sampai tujuh hari. Aspek pendidikan dalam lingkup pengembangan koperasi kredit sangat penting karena disampng koperasi kredit adalah gerakan ekonomi melalui kegiatan, dan kegiatan koperasi kredit adalah gerakan pendidikan melalui kegiatan ekonomi. Koperasi kredit berkembang karena pendidikan. Koperasi kredit mendapat pengawasan oleh pendidikan kredit bergantung sebagian besar pada pendidikan.

Manajemen keuangan koperasi

Manajemen keuangan koperasi adalah sebuah aktivitas pencarian modal menguntungkan dan penggunaan modal secara efektif dan efisien namun tetap memperhatikan prinsip ekonomi dan prinsip koperasi.

Dalam manajemen keuangan  mengandung beberapa hal, antara lain:

1.      Pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen,

·         minimal fungsi perencanaan (planning),

·         pengorganisasian (organizing),

·         implementasi (actuating) dan

·         fungsi pengendalian (controlling).

2.      Kegiatan pencarian modal

adalah memanage aktivitas untuk memperoleh atau mendapatkan modal, baik yang berasal dari dalam maupun luar Koperasi.

Kegiatan penggunaan modal

Kegiatan penggunaan modal adalah aktivitas untuk mengalokasikan atau menginvestasikan modal, baik dalam bentuk modal kerja maupun investasi aktiva tetap.

Prinsip ekonomi

Prinsip ekonomi adalah suatu prinsip yang dijadikan dasar dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi, yang terdiri dari:

1) Rasionalitas, yaitu suatu tindakan yang penuh dengan perhitungan ekonomis sesuai dengan tujuan.

2) Efisiensi, yaitu suatu penghematan penggunaan sumber daya ekonomis

3) Efektivitas, yaitu suatu pencapaian target dari output atau tujuan yang akan dicapai.

4) Produktivitas, yaitu suatu pencapaian output atas input yang digunakan.

Prinsip Koperasi dan aturan lainnya

Prinsip Koperasi dan aturan lainnya yaitu peraturan yang berlaku dalam Koperasi (AD/ART Koperasi).

Minimalisasi penggunaan modal merupakan cara untuk mencapai tujuan manajemen keuangan dalam Koperasi. Minimalisasi penggunaan modal dapat memaksimalkan profit atau SHU dan pada akhirnya dapat memaksimalkan kesejahteraan anggota. SHU dan kesejahteraan anggota yang meningkat dapat menambah kepercayaan pihak ketiga (kreditur) terhadap koperasi. Dengan kepercayaan tersebut, maka koperasi memiliki peluang agar dapat dipercaya mengelola modal yang lebih besar.

Bahwa dalam hubungannya dengan berbagai kegiatan usaha Koperasi, manajemen keuangan merupakan fungsi pokok yang harus mendapat perhatian. Dalam hal ini, maka pihak  manajemen koperasi harus mengarahkannya kepada:

1. Terwujudnya stabilitas usaha dengan cara pengelolaan likuiditas dan solvabilitas yang baik.

2. Terwujudnya pendayagunaan modal yang optimal

3. Terwujudnya kemampuan membentuk modal sendiri.

Untuk menciptakan kondisi optimal dalam Koperasi, yang harus dilakukan antara lain:

1. Optimalisasi skala usaha Koperasi, melalui alokasi modal yang efisien, produktif dan rasional.

2. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan kapasitas usaha dan modal Koperasi.

3. Optimalisasi kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, baik dalam bentuk usaha, permodalan maupun manajemen Koperasi secara umum.

4. Optimalisasi pemupukan modal sendiri, melalui simpanan-simpanan anggota dan pembentukan dana cadangan.

Permodalan dan Modal dalam Koperasi

Dalam memulai suatu usaha, modal merupakan salah satu faktor penting disamping faktor lainnya. Suatu usaha tidak akan pernah ada atau tidak dapat berjalan tanpa adanya modal. Karenanya setiap orang yang akan melalukan kegiatan usaha, maka langkah utama yang dilakukannya adalah memikirkan dan mencari modal untuk usahanya. Kedudukan modal dalam suatu usaha dikatakan oleh Suryadi Prawirosentono (2002: 117) sebagai berikut:Modal adalah salah satu faktor penting diantara berbagai faktor produksi yang diperlukan. Bahkan modal merupakan faktor produksi penting untuk pengadaan faktor produksi seperti tanah, bahan baku, dan mesin. Tanpa modal tidak mungkin dapat membeli tanah, mesin, tenaga kerja dan teknologi lain.

Definisi modal adalah suatu aktiva dengan umur lebih dari satu tahun yang tidak diperdagangkan dalam kegiatan bisnis sehari-hari.Modal merupakan kekayaan yang dimiliki perusahaan yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan pada waktu yang akan datang dan dinyatakan dalam nilai uang. Modal dalam bentuk uang pada suatu usaha mengalami perubahan bentuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk mencapai tujuan usaha, yakni :

- Sebagian dibelikan tanah dan bangunan

- Sebagian dibelikan persediaan bahan

- Sebagian dibelikan mesin dan peralatan

- Sebagian lagi disimpan dalam bentuk uang tunai (cash)

Pentingnya faktor modal bagi suatu usaha, digambarkan oleh Bambang Riyanto (1985: 61) sebagai berikut:

“Modal kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap berjalannya operasi suatu perusahaan sehingga modal kerja harus senantiasa tersedia dan terus menerus diperlukan bagi kelancaran usaha, dengan modal yang cukup akan dapat diproduksi optimal dan apabila dilakukan penambahan modal maka produksi akan meningkat lebih besar lagi.”

Modal dapat dibedakan atas pengertian sempit dan yang luas. Dalam arti sempit, modal sering diartikan sebagai uang atau sejumlah dana untuk membiayai suatu usaha atau kegiatan. Dalam arti luas, modal diartikan sebagai segala sesuatu (benda modal: uang, alat, benda-benda, jasa) yang dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan sesuatu.

Dilihat dari segi fungsinya modal dapat dibedakan atas modal individu dan modal sosial. Modal individu adalah tiap-tiap benda yang memberikan pendapatan bagi pemiliknya. Modal sosial adalah setiap produk yang digunakan untuk produksi selanjutnya

Fungsi permodalan berkembang dari masa ke masa, yang semula orientasinya hanya pada ”bagaimana cara mendapatkan modal” kemudian berkembang menjadi ”bagaimana cara menggunakan/mengalokasikan modal”. Akhirnya kemudian berkembang dengan fokus ”bagaimana mendapatkan modal dengan cara yang paling menguntungkan sekaligus bagaimana menggunakan modal tersebut secara efektif dan efisien.” Inilah yang dimaksud dengan pengertian permodalan secara luas. Dengan demikian ada dua pokok masalah dalam permodalan, yaitu: 1) mendapatkan modal; dan 2) menggunakan modal.

Masalah permodalan dalam Koperasi menjadi bagian dari tugas pengurus. Pengurus memikul tugas bagaimana dapat menjalankan Koperasi dengan cara memperoleh dana yang tidak merugikan Koperasi, dan menggunakannya seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Hal ini merupakan wujud dari tujuan manajemen keuangan Koperasi. Tujuan tersebut adalah memaksimisasi laba (SHU) yang pada akhirnya dapat memaksimisasi kesejahteraan anggota.
